Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions agreement :

• Refunds will be given for items purchased if the goods were damaged in transit, or at the customer's request a replacement if possible may be given.
• Delivery of products will be done in a timely manner, usually shipped within three days of the order being placed.
• All photos, images and voice broadcasts are owned and copyrighted by Brill Productions and their use for publicity or other purposes is expressly prohibited but may be used with written permission from Brill Productions.
• Purchasers of items may resell them without restriction from Brill Productions.
• We may disable user accounts at any time.
• In general terms for payment is by credit card, check or other online service such as PayPal. If paid by check shipping will take place after check clears a local bank and there will be a $25 charge for any ISF check.
